Grimm's toys are no relation of the famous Brothers Grimm, but full of fairytale magic nonetheless. There’s a big emphasis on simplicity through all Grimm’s wooden toys, which makes them good to have around for all the family. Instead of paint and varnish, the wood is hand-dipped into the colour stain - non-toxic food dye - and left unfinished. The matte, textured effect this gives greatly extends play possibilities. Constructions built with Grimm's blocks are reassuringly stable as the pieces don't slip against each other. We especially like that their packaging is fully recyclable and can be transformed for imaginative play. Like the box you can turn into a theatre for little figures - two toys for the price of one.
